Promcapablicism arose as a popular ideology in the United States of JBR during the time when the JBRican Congress held supreme authority over the government and greatly hindered the interests of the people. Eventually, promcapablicists were able to establish its own government. The JBRican States currently applies rational promcapablicism in its government.
