The Land of the Black Pearl or more commonly known as Black Pearl City is the capital nation-state of the Eurasian Federation among all of its administrative divisions. It is recognized formally as a member-state of the Alliance of United Eurasia so as to be considered a nation-state of the Federation. Town Central, the capital city of Black Pearl, is the seat of government in Eurasia. The Black Pearl was once a terra nullis where a bloody campaign was waged for its control during the Black Sea War.
